In a creative reinterpretation of relay storage, developer Birinaite 🤙 unveiled a media player that abandons traditional file hosts entirely: A music player where the songs ARE Nostr events.

Rather than streaming from an S3 bucket or audio CDN, uploaded tracks are sliced into sequential event fragments published across participating relays. As Birinaite explained, No server hosting the audio. Fragments live on relays, the player streams them as they arrive. Testing is currently underway on mobile browsers.

By isolating agent actions through an MCP runtime, an agent maintaining an application is prevented from obtaining root access, creating a safe sandbox for domestic homelab intelligence.
